By downloading and using Amina Ride, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Service Description

Amina Ride is a women-only ride-hailing platform connecting verified female drivers with women riders. Users negotiate fares directly with drivers through our platform.

4. Community Standards

Users agree to treat all drivers and riders with respect. We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Safety & Liability

While we implement extensive safety measures, users acknowledge that ride-sharing involves inherent risks. Amina Ride provides safety features but cannot guarantee absolute safety.

6. Payment & Cancellation

Users agree to pay agreed-upon fares. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations. Disputes are resolved through our customer support team.

7. Limitation of Liability

Amina Ride is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
